I attended the University of Bridgeport for a four-year Naturopathic Doctorate (ND) and a Masters in Acupuncture (LAc). While there, I completed hundreds of hours learning about conventional and alternative medicine including biomedical sciences, botanical remedies, traditional and TCM nutrition, homeopathy, conventional and specialty testing, counseling, acupuncture and several modalities of physical therapies.
​I first learned about Naturopathic Medicine when a variety of conventional doctors had no explanation for what was eventually diagnosed as PCOS. Even after a diagnosis, the only solution available was a prescription pill for life and infertility. After learning the basics of hormones and nutrition I managed to reverse my condition through lifestyle changes and additional guidance from a Naturopathic Doctor. I have been medication free ever since and I am now the proud mother of two adorable boys. ​
I am a positive, caring and dedicated practitioner that combines both eastern and western traditions to create a unique and individualized plan for each of my patients. I believes my role is to identify the root cause and provide education and support so that each individual I work with can be the master of their own health.

Adjunct therapies such as E-Stim, cupping, moxa and guasha may be included when indicated.

A Naturopathic consultation will look at how all the hormonal systems are communicating through extensive questionnaire and specialty testing.
